Machine: 2 Tbsp for a full load (high-efficiency machines) on cold water only, delicate cycle. Dry on cold air / air dry, delicate setting.
Hand wash: dissolve 1 Tbsp in cold water before washing your foams or garment/faja. Hang dry or tumble on cold air / air dry, delicate setting.
